I spent so much time denying myself a life. At one point in my life I had so much hope for the future and other times, I had no hope at all. I was so insecure and not sure of myself or who I was and doubting the need for my existence. I was so afraid I hid myself behind myself. I was afraid people would not like me, and they didn't. I was afraid I would say the wrong things, and I did. I was afraid I would not meet other's expectations, and I didn't. Afraid I would not meet my expectations, so I didn't. I was living in a world, but I felt there was no place for me; yet I continue to hope.
