About the Book
Few people fight cancer and win. Even fewer fight cancer, pass away, and still win. Debbie Owens fought hard—and won. This is her story. Through raw moments of pain and heartache, Debbie showed us what it looks like to live life in the hands of a loving God. Baffled and Blessed is the title of this book, but also the theme of her life. This is a celebration of an ordinary person who learned to walk with an extraordinary God.
About the Author
Debbie Owens lived a beautiful life of music, teaching, and raising three amazing girls. She always talked about how much God blessed her, but never ever bragged about herself. Debbie traveled with Maranatha! Music, singing and writing music, including “Hear My Prayer.” In addition, Debbie taught music classes and directed musicals at churches and at Stoneybrooke Christian School. She brought life and love wherever she went. But her greatest pride and joy in life was her three daughters—Jessica, Natalie, and Abbie.
