Summer then faded away in our town. The green leafs turned into bright orange, red and brown, and returning from school that gray Autumn day, I looked in on my crab, but he'd gone away. The brown and gray shell my crab once called home was turned upside down, and my crab was gone!

After the best family vacation ever, two brothers return home with a couple of new hermit crabs, but as Summer comes to a close and Autumn arrives, changes are taking place in the crab cage!
Winter cold follows with a bigger and more unexpected change that brings great sadness to the family, but when knowledge of God’s Word is applied to their circumstances, an understanding of God’s promise, (and a lesson from a couple of hermit crabs) brings a new peace and healing.
