How was the Universe Created in Six Days? Since Genesis says that the universe was created in six days we have to acknowledge that each day has trillions of things created in a twenty-four hour period. This can only mean that God created trillions of things very rapidly during six days. Again, God does not exist in time, he is eternal; therefore, He can see all the things He created from the beginning of the universe to the present time as a blur of activity of six days, or, He can see them as a long drawn out process of 13.7 billion years – whichever he pleases. And, since science has proven that God created the universe out of nothing, He could certainly create everything in Genesis extremely rapidly in a blur of six days, six thousand years ago.
