Within all of us is the desire to find true happiness. A desire so great it’s even written in our US Constitution, “The right to pursue happiness.”
Happiness comes and goes with our circumstances, but joy lasts forever. The key is to find real joy. Joy that can fill your heart despite the trials and testing you may be facing. That is the greatest joy. Joy that cannot be taken away from you.
Over the years God has done a miracle with me. He has truly changed my life and not just that but also how I see things. He has given me a new hope and filled my heart with real joy. Everything I know He has taught me. Through every struggle I faced, he has brought me wisdom and changed my heart for the better. God has guided me through the toughest of times and taught me many lessons.
It has not been an easy path. But I would gladly walk this path again if it means I can bring hope to someone else. Through reading his word he has given me strength and peace. God has brought me to where I am now. A place of healing, faith, and everlasting joy.
Now it is my pleasure to share what I’ve learned with others. May God bless you and encourage you with the words he has given me.

You may have heard the word joy can be used as an acronym. It stands for:
J-Jesus
O-Others
Y-yourself
When we put things in that order we are given more strength, love and joy in our lives from God our almighty father.

About the Author
Christian LaChance resides in Portsmouth, NH where she raised her son. After serving in the US Air Force she worked in Special Education for ten years. She currently works at Portsmouth Christian Academy where she met her husband Joshua. Given a second chance at happiness, Christian and her husband attend Calvary Baptist Church in Portsmouth and desire to serve the Lord for his glory and honor. She enjoys using her gift of writing to share her life experiences and inspire those around her.
