About the Author
The author has visited Hawaii many times and was inspired by the whales migrating through this area as well as nature shows she has seen over the years. She has four children and six grandchildren, who have listened to her tell stories for years about animals and life. This story illustrates the love in the relationship of a Mother with her son; a Father and son for a whale; and the Creator for His creation. It reminds us to care for each other and protect the wonderful, sensitive animals in our oceans.
