As our days become more complicated, it is important to make time to sit quietly, observe and think. While watching a cat one day, this author realized that we could all learn a lesson from his more relaxed approach to an afternoon walk. With degrees in education and a continued interest in motivating and inspiring children, writing a book was another avenue in blending these credentials and thoughts. Enjoy.
