A Dream from Israel

One still morning as I lay in bed, I asked the Lord, “How are You this morning?” As I lay listening with my eyes closed, I heard His one word reply: “Troubled.”

I saw a street covered in rubble from missile blasts. A group of men in military uniforms were searching through the piles of broken buildings and debris. The men came upon a small structure right in the very center of all of this destruction. This tiny building seemed completely untouched by any of the mortars that decimated this area. The men opened the door and went inside the small structure. In the building was a petite, drowsy woman who had fallen asleep under a table. The woman had no marks or bruises on her from the destruction that took place outside. This woman was an Israelite who believed in the name of Jesus. In the dream I knew that these men were considered her “enemy”. The men were in complete awe as they helped the woman to her feet and guided her outside. The men seemed to not be able to take their eyes from her in complete disbelief. These men were absolutely awestruck because of the God of Israel. This street, this neighborhood had been completely leveled by artillery, but in the face of all this destruction, because one of His children lay sleeping; He kept her safe. In complete reverence and fear of God, these men escorted the woman to the conflict area border for her to pass over in safety. After the vision ended, I heard the voice of God in my spirit say, “I will protect the remnant of My people.”
