There are times when we may think that it is unfair that we suffer when we live a life pleasing to God. Some of us even become envious when we see unbelievers or those not completely surrendered doing “better” than we are. We may even present God with our résumés, telling Him how many years we’ve been saved, how long we’ve studied His word, how long we have prayed, and so on. However, the truth is that He’s not hiring; He’s looking for volunteers. He’s looking for someone who doesn’t mind suffering for righteousness.
Consider this: what if life is giving you a book, and every insignificant incident in your life is a page to your book, and every significant incident is a chapter. What if the first twenty, thirty, forty, fifty, or sixty years of your life is your first book?
Do you ever feel like the enemy has not just moved into your home but has taken the master bedroom—your mind? I felt that I was losing my mind. I thought no one would ever understand the physical pain or heartbreak I felt, but I think many can relate to the agony of losing your mind. How do you get hold of your mind? Losing your mind is like losing your car keys, except you can’t get a copy made. When you lose car keys, that car can’t take you where you need to go. You would need someone to take you to get a new set of keys. Allow God to take you on a journey for a renewed mind.

About the Book
Greater Is in You! is a book that teaches how to endure life’s challenges through Jesus Christ and his written word. It gives a touch of real-life situations and a newfound strength through Christ. We all have a story to tell, but which parts are we willing to tell? If we do decide to tell those parts, what are our motives? Greater Is in You! tells intimate details of life to encourage you that your life story has a purpose. This book includes life situations, brief study at the end of each chapter, and a twenty-one–day journal at the end of the book. It will change lives for those who are willing to commit to accepting Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord and who understand that making the change comes with hard work, dedication, motivation, and commitment.
About the Author
Sandra Smith Moore is the founding pastor of Miracle Christian Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She was born and raised in Bostwick, Georgia, a small country town with large unspoken problems. In her relationship with Jesus Christ, she found strength in the midst of suffering through common problems and unheard of life issues.
Sandra fights a good fight of faith every day, she does it from victory, not for victory. She realizes that Jesus Christ has already gained the victory for all of His children, and her desire is that everyone come to realize that very important fact of life.
She is the wife of Pastor C. David Moore. They have four children and two sons-in-law (Shyne and Trent Wilson, LaTetra and Daniel Oketch, Evonna Moore, and Anthony “A. J.” Moore), whom they love dearly, and three grandchildren (Marcus Oketch, Gabrielle “Gabby” Oketch, and Lily Grace Wilson), with one on the way (Jensen), all of whom they love and cherish.
