IT IS TRUE 2 is a Christian children's book about a little girl named Georgette but nicknamed Georgie because she is a tomboy. Georgie imagines what she could do if she were different animals; but since she is a child and not an animal she imagines what she can realistically do instead. The bright and intense illustrations in this book help children identify with Georgie as well as helps them focus on the story as it is being read. The author's primary goal for this book is that it will lead to a discussion between parents and children in reference to salvation and the anticipated return of Christ.

About the Author
Judy M. Hamm is a retired Licensed Clinical Social Worker who was born Judy May Bain and who was raised on a small farm in Southeast Iowa. She is the fourth in a sibling group of six girls. Her father gave her three older sisters and her all nicknames but hers, George, is the only one that stuck. Henceforth, the little girl, Georgie, in this book is supposed to be representative of the author. As a child Judy enjoyed exploring the outside, climbing trees, trying to build a fort in the pasture and playing with the animals on the farm. She also enjoyed catching fireflies,watching butterflies and birds, riding her sister’s bike, playing games with her cousins and sisters and swinging on the swing her Dad had hung in a tree. Having her mother be there when she arrived home from school was a big plus and Judy remembers being greeted with the smell of freshly fried potato doughnuts at times. It wasn’t until she was an adult that she was told that her Mom’s sister referred to her as “The Wild Child”.
Judy has a great love for children and she and her husband, Bob, have been foster as well as adoptive parents. They have been married for 55 years and have six children living here on Earth and two living in Heaven as well as sixteen grandchildren living here on Earth and four living in Heaven.
Judy and Bob recently moved back to the Meta, MO area from Bernie, MO after Bob retired from pastoring in the Church of the Nazarene.
