All the toys seemed to have ugly scars too big to hide. The soldier looked down at his uniform and noticed just how faded and ugly it had become. Was the price of this rough love worth it? About the Book
The little soldier felt like he did not belong in the big department store. He was the only one of his kind. He has to find out where he came from, and who made him. The little toy soldier sets off on an adventure and experiences many ups and downs along the way, but will he ever find his creator? Will he ever find that special love that all toys crave?

R. C. Burch is a writer, artist, and works in child development. She lives in Kentucky with her family and her rabbit (Stuart). She is currently studying English and History and plans to continue writing for the children.
