Priscilla H. Penn, is co-pastor with her husband, Timothy of OWRAH Fellowship Ministries. She has a Ph.D. in Religious Philosophy from Tabernacle Bible College and Seminary, Tampa, FL. Her track record as a prolific communicator and prophetic voice, has established her as one of the most respected leaders today. Married for 46 years, they have 3 daughters and live in Warrenton, VA.
