A big problem I had my first two years of college was finding the right kinds of friends and also finding the right version of me. I was so easily swayed by guys and friends. My emotions were a jumbled mess. One day my mom lovingly explained that I was only nineteen. I don’t know everything and at twenty-one I still don’t! Getting involved with volunteer opportunities, finding out what I believe, and seeking new hobbies led me to encounters with amazing people who I now consider my life long friends.
Slow it down and take some time to work on you! Weirdly enough you can actually work on yourself by helping other people. Discover who you really are and what you’re made to do. God wants to use you, YES YOU, to do incredible things. It’s up to you whether you’re going to just sit in your room or get out there and find ways to meet people. You were not created to simply blend in with all the pretty faces, get your degree, and hopefully find a guy to live happily ever after with. You were created for extraordinary things. Whatever backround you come from. Whoever your parents are. Whatever choices you have made. Today, it’s about who you will become because what you do with your wisdom gained up until this point, determines that.

About the Author
Gabrielle Fanelli is a woman in her early 20s with a passion for women to realize their purpose and find their identity. Through many life experiences, she realized being transparent and real is what girls need to see the real meaning of life. Writing this book while attending North Greenville University, she did just that by logging personal experiences about life, guys, and career choices from her expierences and others. “I want to discuss the topics adults don’t like to cover and answer the questions we all think about but never ask.” Being a recent college graduate, she continues to indulge in the excitement of being a driven young woman on her God-given journey.
