The Stewards is a Christian response to an international culture dominated by self-indulgence and the pursuit of worldly pleasures. Through fun stories and clever illustrations about a modern-day gorilla family struggling through life’s obstacle course, The Stewards series of books will imprint the biblical foundation of stewardship in today’s youth.

The Stewards was conceived and developed by two Christian men seeking God’s wisdom for themselves and their families. Andy Hunter and Jay Neuman created The Stewards while driving from Texas to Florida for a family vacation. They had been looking for a way to combine Andy’s background in finance and Jay’s experience in marketing and design into a venture that would honor God. Both Andy and Jay live in Texas. And yes, most of the stories were based on real-life events in their families!
