About the Author

Dr. Hazel L. White is an ordained minister and evangelist. She is the founder of the Joy in the Lord Outreach Ministries, Inc. in McComb MS.

Dr. White is a retired professor of nursing and licensed professional counselor. Currently, she practices as a part-time family nurse practitioner and teaches graduate nursing online courses for students educating to become nurse practitioners. She received her PhD in Educational Psychology from Southern Illinois in Carbondale and Theology degree from Free Spirit School of Ministry in Baton Rouge, LA. She has additional degrees in nursing, counseling, school administration, psychology, and reading.

Her goal in life is to work every avenue available to humankind to win souls for the Kingdom. She currently uses a variety of media to spread the Gospel including writing books, publishing a newsletter, publishing articles in newspapers, and FaceBook. She occasionally bring the Word in church and teach at church sponsored seminars and workshops. She has published three books: (1) Church misbehaving. Mustang, OK: Tate Publishing (2013), (2) His word is His bond: Believe and trust only God’s promises. Pittsburgh, PA: Red Lead Press (2011) and (3) Let’s Get Real: What Part of Heaven Do You Think Is Really Segregated? (2015)

She is the proud mother of two adult daughters, Jessica L. Robinson and Jennifer R. Lee and the proud grandmother of five, Jahlen Kareem, Keri JaNae, Kori Jade Lee, Hazeleigh Jael Robinson, and Hezekiah Jacoby Seeden.
