About the Author
Barbara Tackett Stuart was born in Bonnerdale, Arkansas to John Decker Tackett and Lennie Alice Collier Tackett. She graduated from Hot Springs High School, received a B.S.E. from Southern State College in Magnolia, Arkansas and an M.S.E. from UCA in Conway, Arkansas. She was given the spiritual gift of psalmist, a writer of spiritual songs and poems that teach lessons or truths from the Bible. She gives God the glory for the words and music, and her goal in writing them down is to encourage others, to hope, to follow in his footsteps, and to be able to laugh again.
