The Author used her own life experiences as motivation to write this novel as she told the story of a young man’s journey through life when, suddenly, had to take on the role of guardian for his younger siblings, after the death of their parents.
The Author, like Jack, had struggled with life’s misfortunes during her youth, like Jack, her hopes and her dreams seemed to have vanished when the many voices calling her proved to be false and misleading. Then, one day she too, like Jack, heard and recognized the ‘Savior’s still ‘Small Voice,’ that ‘Voice,’ which was sweeter than all the other voices that were calling her; and Like Jack, she too listened and answered to the sound of that ‘Small Voice’, the ‘’Voice’ that lead her back to the Lord. And from such perspective, the author had chosen ‘Jack,’ a kind and gentle young man, to relate the story to others, a story that will encourage the readers to listen only to the Savior’s ‘Voice’ that ‘Voice’ that is sweeter than all.

About the Book
After being told by his wife that she and their children would be moving to Australia, Jack became sad and confused then with measured steps, he quietly climbed the stairs to his bed room and with tear filled eyes and broken heart, he loaded his pistol with four of the six bullets. Then Jack slowly pointed the pistol to the head of his wife…but the voice, which he alone heard, called his name three times— “JACK! JACK! JACK!”—and he remembered. Only Jack heard and recognized in his moment of despair that still, small voice, the voice that makes all the difference.
About the Author
Readers will be interested in the author’s unique voice, because, like Jack, she too had dropped out of school at the age of thirteen because of unforeseen circumstances. She too had listened to many voices that led her into a life of despair, until one day, when she thought all hopes had vanished, she heard and answered to that still, small “Voice, the Voice of the Lord.” The author now holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature and Professional Studies; A Teaching Diploma in Secondary Education and a Diploma in Business Administration-Executive; she is now a playwright, a Shakespearean Actor and a Community Worker. She is also the mother of three successful children.
