Glory to God in the highest! Walking in victory is using the word of God as road signs along this journey. Stop, yield, proceed with caution, curves ahead, speed limits, hazard areas, and hospital signs are all visible for us to read along the way. The natural signs are also to be used as spiritual signs of warning and cautions that God gives His children. Are we spiritually seeing and obeying the spiritual signs that God has placed before us in His holy word? Miracles and blessings will follow obedient believers in the true written word of God. What signs are you leaving for others to follow on this roadway of life? What journey have you selected to follow down life’s roadway? Have you chosen paths of good or paths of evil? Have you selected paths of selfishness or paths that bring forth life? Choose whom you will serve, by the path you have selected. You will serve God or satan. God in all of His wisdom allows us to choose our pathways and our destinations in life. When we are born into this world we begin to make choices that shape our character. These choices are based on our surroundings and basic training. The word of God tells us to train our children in righteousness and they will make effective choices that will lead them to God. Training them in the knowledge of the word of God is the most effective tool to fight against the temptations of satan and the choices of the flesh. Simple right and wrong, good, or bad instructions must come with a spiritual foundation that goes beyond a physical connection. Moral living is nice but it doesn’t have a spiritual connection back to God. Moral living may only demonstrate the discipline of the flesh which is the first step. A soldier is skilled and trained to be disciplined in the rules of engagement for battle. An athlete must also learn to bring its body under subjection and discipline to reach the desired goal, however this does not connect them spiritually back to God. These disciplined individuals after learning the structure of obedience, they often find that spiritual path that leads to God. The characteristic of obedience was being trained in the natural and when converted to the spiritual, righteous living can root. Remembering God in our youth creates a path of disciplined right living decisions. However it is up to each individual to choose their path.
Child of Obedience:
Receive my glory; children of obedience receive my trust and my power. Children of obedience walk in my laws and statutes; they are humbled and not puffed up. I love to dwell in the presence of my obedient children.
Love, God Almighty
To worship in your presence, we give you reverence, all the glory and honor belongs to God our Holy Father. We were created to worship Him. Our goals, objectives and accomplishments should all thrive on pleasing God our Father. I love the Lord with my whole heart and only long to please Him. Worshipping Him, is our way of showing Him our love and intimacy with Him. He created us to worship Him, all of heaven worships Him. Beholding the beauty of the Lord and to bask in His glory is why we should live. Living to live again with Christ in eternity should be the goal of every believer. Our lifestyle must reflect that goal. Right standing in the sight of God should be what we long to achieve. To reign with Him after we have suffered a while, is the goal that we must accomplish. Can we endure the TESTS? Christ had the ultimate test whenever he had to suffer at Calvary to free a dying world from sin and reconcile us back to God. Created to worship Him and to dwell with Him forever was the goal of Christ. He had to fulfill his destiny and purpose to return back to his throne forever. He was bruised and beaten for our transgressions; he suffered, bled, and died for our sinful souls. He arose with victory and reconciliation power. He restored man back to God, ‘the perfect’ sacrifice. Christ made the ultimate sacrifice. We too must make the sacrifices of being obedient to the word and the power of God.
“To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord” (2Cor 2:5 KJV). To dwell in His presence should be our goal and our destiny, just like Christ. For God so loved us, He sent His son, to become Christ the Redeemer. Jesus, who was a man in the flesh, became the living word of God, and is now the Savior of this world. He is the prince of Peace, the mighty Deliverer, and the lover of our souls! Thank you Jesus, our Redeemer! Thank you Lord Jesus!!! Because you were obedient to the will and purpose of God, I was redeemed back to Him. Glory to God in the highest!! All of heaven is worshipping God the Creator and the Sustainer of all things. Oh that we should behold the beauty of God. Thank you, heavenly Father. You are sustenance, reconciliation, and power.
My Beloved:
Write these things to my people; love me with all your heart, mind, body, and soul. Love me without conditions; love me as I loved you. Love me through your sacrifices; love me through your pain, trials, and tribulations. Love me through your failures and hard times. Love me and I will show you so much joy and peace, in spite of your storms.
Love, Your God
Storms only last a while, trouble doesn’t last always. Crying may last a night and sometimes a season, but His joy will come in the day light hour. “Satan comes for a season to kill, steal, and destroy, but our God gives us life eternally” (John 10:10 KJV).
