About the Author

Dr. Rosa Mary Lucio is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. She retired from BellSouth TeleCommunication Company after over twenty-five years of customer service and experience. She began her early childhood education with the local Catholic and public schools in Duval County. She attended FCCJ and Zoe University in Jacksonville, Florida. She continued to achieve her Christian education by receiving a PhD in Christian counseling from St. Thomas Christian College and a PhD in Christian psychology from Cornerstone University.

Dr. Lucio has been saved for more than thirty-eight years and has enjoyed her Christian and ministerial service for the Lord Jesus Christ. She has pastor and shepherd God’s people for more than twenty-eight years and has been an ordained apostle for thirteen years. She is a licensed clinical Christian counselor and clinical pastoral counselor with NCCA.

Dr. Lucio has a reverence for the Word of God. She is devoted to God and His people. She teaches women that it doesn’t matter what you’ve been through God desires that each woman be wholly and holy. She is the mother of one daughter and three grandchildren.
