God did not give a measurement for the Door or the Veil of the Tabernacle, but since they acted as screens, they were the same height and width as the Tabernacle, fifteen feet high and fifteen feet wide. That means they were (10) ten cubits high and (10) cubits wide. There are “Shadows of Yeshua in both of them. Now, we see God giving specific measurements for the Gate; it was thirty feet wide and seven and a half feet high, or twice as wide and half as high as the Door and the Veil. This puzzled me; so, I asked the Lord how the gate could be a "shadow" of Yeshua if its measurement was so different from the Door and the Veil. He is always faithful. He said the gate was the way into the brazen altar where the sacrifice was offered. He told me to divide the gate in half, and stand the two pieces upright and side-by-side, and I would see that they are the same size as the Door and the Veil. He said the only way He could become the offering for me was to lay down His life so that I could come in. The Gate is a picture of Yeshua prostrate in death that we might live. PRAISE HIS HOLY NAME!

About the Author
The author has been a Sunday school teacher for many years. She was a guest speaker, presenting the message of the Messiah in the tabernacle for a women’s group at Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis and several other churches in the Memphis, Tennessee, area. She also presented the message to Brit Hadasha Messianic Jewish Congregation in Memphis, Tennessee, and Trinity Baptist Church in Ocala, Florida. She currently resides in Newburgh, Indiana, and continues to present the message when asked.
