About the Book
Jardi's Journey takes you through the life cycle of a butterfly with photos. It tells the story about the creatures that Jardi meets and the difficulties that she encounters along her journey to becoming a butterfly.

About the Author
Gaye G. Fowler created the character of Jardi from a caterpillar that appeared on her porch, which built its cocoon and emerged weeks later as a beautiful butterfly. From her photos of nature emerged the characters that Jardi meets along the way. Her observation and photographs of the butterfly’s life cycle inspired the story of Jardi’s Journey. Fowler taught children in mission organizations for over twenty-five years. She has worked in accounting for a small business for over forty years. She met her husband, Danny, while attending Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas. They have been married for forty-five years. She lives in Texas with her husband, their four married children, thirteen grandchildren, and a grandson-in-law. Her hobbies are photography, genealogy, writing poetry, and spending time with family.
