About the Author

Her adult history is mocked by years and years and years of consistently attempting to achieve goals. She asked questions and asked for guidance for reaching her set goals. She created this journal to assist others to have a place to keep their dreams, goals, desires and the work they put into achieving each of these cherished matters. She has facilitated workshops and trainings for over 30 years. She has earned her Masters Degree in Human Services. She has been a participant in the longest running management program on earth for over 35 years (parenting). She is a motivational coach, an inspirer and an achiever. She loves giving others a personal push towards their purpose.
