Bringing Jesus into Perspective

We are living in a post-modern era whereby many religions are springing up everywhere, families are being disintegrated because of modernization, and there is an influx of fast hyper-technology. Many mysteries are taking place that man cannot explain, such as missing planes like Malaysia MH370 and major headlines on CNN and other reputable media houses reporting of wars and rumors of wars. In the midst of great confusion and hopeless situations, it’s time to bring back Jesus into perspective. This book outlines clearly the person and principles of Jesus Christ as the only ultimate answer to all the challenges that humanity is facing.

Believers we are living in the last days. We are living in the last hour of the full revelation and dispensation of the Kingdom of God. The kingdom of God is manifesting powerfully through the work and Hand of the Holy Ghost. We are witnessing the dead being raised, healing miracles everywhere, incurable diseases like HIV/AIDS being rebuked in the name of Jesus, and many souls being saved and won into God’s Kingdom.

However, on the contrary, even though the Kingdom of God is Manifesting on the face of the Earth, we are losing millions of souls daily into the outermost darkness; men, women, both young and old are dying without knowing or receiving the Person of Jesus.

What is also extremely astonishing is that in the charismatic Modern day churches which are springing up everywhere, there is inadequate preaching of the person of Jesus Christ. Most preachers who have emerged in this postmodern era are focusing on personal projects like wealth, riches and conferences, not to forget, building the so called super mega churches at the detriment of the real deal – soul winning.

Inasmuch as I am a strong fundamentalist of the charismatic Pentecostal world, I am also inciting my fellow workmen in utmost good faith, through this book, that they may turn back, repent and put Jesus into perspective. You will be surprised, wherever you travel, globally, there are now very few preachers, or pastors who are preaching Jesus Christ.

To rub salt into the wounds, we are now so much concerned about numbers, numbers and numbers, and yet we have never done an audit on how many lives we have really and truly IMPACTED, CHANGED, and TRANSFORMED TOTALLY into the kingdom of God. These keywords are pivotal to what is encoded in the body of this book.

My desire is for this book to reach out to millions of souls that are not aware of the existence of the Person and Principles of Jesus, souls in India, China, Puerto Rico, and Eastern and Western Europe, and far too many to mention. I would be very happy if this literary work could be translated into Spanish, Chinese and other foreign languages. I would be glad also if this book could be used as an evangelistic tool in the “end time ministry” to harvest souls.

Likewise, also, I am concerned and targeting the few men or women of God who are emerging in my generation. Men and women who have lost their original value system. Men and women who are easily being enticed by every wind of doctrine. Men and women who have lost the true FEAR of God.

We are a generation that has been graced with everything: computers, technology, cars, aero planes, and social media; mobile phones, and yet we are depicted as one of the most docile and ineffective generation, as pertaining to soul winning…..How many souls everyday are you allowing to be lost into hell? When was the last time you ever preached to your friend and neighbor about Jesus, witness Him, and do a sinners prayer so that him or her could be saved?

The challenge we have had with this post modernism era is that its intention, though seemingly good, has successfully prevailed in separating the families of men. The family of man was, from the beginning, instituted by God Himself, Genesis2: 21-25

"And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, And brought her unto the man, And Adam said, ‘This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed..."

Employment though a blessing, with a kingdom connotation, has become one of the major enemies of the family unit. According to Genesis 3, when Adam and Eve sinned, it was the man, Adam who was given the mandate to labor for his family, he was instructed by God to till the land and eat from his sweat, No sweat…No Gain in other layman’s word.

The Woman, Eve, was also given the mandate to work together with her husband Adam, in what I term “family business unit”. In this family unit husbands were husbands (natural providers), and women were women (natural recipients of their husband’ labor).

In the postmodern era, the equation has been intentionally reversed by the enemy, Women are now becoming breadwinners and making their husbands recipients. I have a word for husbands, never marry according to these modern day standards, rise up from all laziness and stamp up your authority as the head of the house.
