About the Book
Haan the Black Cockerel is a motivational novel for younger children that teaches social and moral values. It teaches the moral of not looking down on or discriminating against others because of their disabilities, looks, or color. It teaches the value of knowing that everyone is special and talented. It teaches the value of family sticking together for challenged children. It teaches the value of friendship. It also teaches the value of accepting who you are and believing in yourself.
About the Author
Justina Oyegun is a young, vibrant woman. She currently works as a writer and proofreader in a consulting firm in Nigeria.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in education management from Tai Solarin College of Education and a certificate in teachers’ knowledge test from British Council, both in Nigeria.
