About the Book
The path to finding your place in the world is often fraught with obstacles and challenges, especially for a child of adoption. Questions race through the mind — what happened? Did I do something wrong? Do I belong here? Do they really love me, or will I be alone again? All these are thoughts that run through your head as you grow and understand your past. But you don’t have to do this alone.
From the pen of a mother with an adopted son comes this book, exploring the journey through his eyes with poignant illustrations and verses of encouragement. The path of life is never easy, especially when doubting your place means doubting your family. Michelle endeavors to remind those who struggle that they are always loved, and that God will always be by your side.
