What a privilege to belong to You
What a thrill to call You mine
This divine truth puts me in a tizzy
As I partake of Your love
I start to feel a little dizzy
I have been drinking new wine
I have been eating sweet delicacies
From Your banqueting table
As I rest in Your presence
I am cognizant of our joyful union
My body and my spirit become ecstatic
Jesus, You love me
Jesus, You are happy
Happy to be with Your darling
Happy to receive my kisses
Each kiss you have etched
In Your omniscient memory
A snapshot of our precious journey
And in Your heavenly gallery
There, on a glorious wall, hang portraits
Of You and me
Each moment captured,
Our exhibit, appropriately named,
“A Lifetime of Kisses”
I cannot receive enough
Oh please, let it continue to rain down love
I want to be drenched, soaked in Your affection
I smile as I realize that in Your heart and mine
Our love remains strong, it endures the test of time
