Experiencing so many problems and spiritual hardships through a great part of my life as a youngster, I admit that there were times in my life that my religious beliefs were getting weak. There were moments I was completely discouraged and resentful. My spiritual faith flip-flapped back and forth because my young mind was unable to understand why I was entrapped in a serious and heart-breaking situation----when I considered myself to be a kind person who dedicated the most innocent early years of my life to serve God and sing in a church in my hometown. After many years of a deep auto-analysis about my life, I have come to understand that it’s vital and necessary to know and feel distress and suffering in your own flesh, blood and soul in order to recognize and enjoy the beauty and happiness of being alive.

About the Author
Elsa G. Lopez was born in Puerto Plata, Dom. Rep. on April 30th, 1967. She migrated to the United States in 1981. After years of studies in this great country, she decided to write this humble book to help people who have gone, and those who are presently going through, this weakening affliction of the nervous system---Bipolarity.
