Through quiet times with God I’m hypnotized by the crashing waves on the beach, and watching the sandpipers scurrying along the shore. I take in a deep breath of the salted ocean air where traces of sweet suntan lotion still linger; all these wonderful blessings have helped me manage to put together some supplications in the form of a beach devotional. In this book I have incorporated my own personal experiences with differences such as Love and Hate, Truth and Deceit along with many others. I’ve matched these differences with scripture and my own personal beach photography. I pray that the scripture will help you deepen your relationship with God, the devotions will aid in everyday life situations , and that my photos helps capture Gods beach beauty and bring you a bit closer to the shore.

About the Author
Julia Bocox has always been interested in photography and has had a passion for sharing her ideas and interests through her photographs.
Julie and her husband, Bob, of thirty-five years live in California, where the beaches are home to her inspiration. She has two sons and three beautiful grandchildren. One son has been in the army, so the power of prayer for his protection and relying on God’s promises has been her strength.
Recently, God had inspired Julie to create this devotional and relate to all those who have had similar trials and experiences. Like others, Julie and her husband have lived through tough times, losing jobs, houses, financial stability, etc. God has always been their focal point. It was during these times that Julie gained her inspiration to share her photos and her thoughts through Ocean Devotions.
