About the Book
The Great Commission is something that every Christian is exposed to. “Go and make disciples” is the command that has echoed through history as Jesus’ words. But to whom was he speaking? At some point in our walks, we just cannot contain God’s goodness and his message. But where do we go? And how do we do it?
Stories inspire us to do more and be more, but what does more look like?
In Beautiful Feet, Marcus King shares his story of how he understood that when he heard Jesus’ last words echo into his time, it was because Christ was speaking to him. God shaped his dream of becoming a missionary to more than he had imagined. Using journals and blogs that he kept and poems that he wrote, Marcus challenges us to see missions as something for all of us, wherever we are, whatever we do.
About the Author
Marcus King is a young poet and author who has served with organizations such as Youth With A Mission and Nazarene Youth International in the UK and the Caribbean. He has been a featured writer in The Edit Magazine, a student magazine at Glasgow Caledonian University. Marcus resides in Barbados, serving his local church in Crane.
