“Where is God” is a beautiful story, when read together, brings about enjoyment and growth for the parent and the child. Throughout this precious timeline a mother “trains up her son in the way he should go” while teaching him of God’s faithfulness. No greater form of comfort can a mother instill in her child than the confidence in knowing of God’s omnipresence. Mother teaches her son “God is with you when God is with me. God is everywhere even though we can’t see.”
“Mom, are you talking to God?” “Yes” she answered with a grin. “Where is He?” asked her son. Hmmmm… thought the mother. Where do I begin? “God can be in many places at once.” As she carries her son back to bed. “He can be way up in heaven and still hear every word you said. God is everywhere all the time. When He’s watching over you in your bedroom at night. He’s watching over me in mine.”
The mother grows into a teenager and then into a man. He continues to apply all that he’s been taught by his mom. It is in adulthood that he understands completely the omnipresence of his God as he applies these principles to his life.

About the Author
Stephanie Pritchett is the co-founder of RUSH Ministries, an evangelistic outreach on the frontline of reaching the next generation for Jesus Christ. Her husband Pastor Marc Pritchett and Stephanie Pritchett launched RUSH with the goal to effectively and creatively convey the truth of God’s word to students, whereby they grow in their own personal relationship with Jesus Christ. RUSH Ministries has held its annual RUSH Weekend for 10 consecutive years hosting Christian bands and artists such as Hillsong United, Lecrae, Switchfoot, Toby Mac, Jesus Culture, Steve Fee, Kristian Stanfill, & Colton Dixon. Stephanie is also the visionary for RUSH Missions Project 1:8. She has traveled and completed missions projects in Jamaica, Trinidad, Dominican Republic, and Nigeria since 1993 while recently planting her feet deeply into missions projects in Jamaica with the goal of evangelism by helping the many in need. Stephanie has recorded her solo album “Amazing Grace, Amazing Love,” while traveling in Christian Musicals singing Sandi Patti’s “How Great Thou Art.” However, her greatest love is journaling and serving on the mission field.
