Daniels dream like Nebuchadenzzar's, discribes a vision of 4 future empires that are to rise and precede the return of Jesus the Messiah. As we will see, the empires described in his dream, match perfectly with those in Nebuchandenzzar's. They also correlate with those of the 7 headed beast that we looked at in Revelation 17. Remember, John received his visions some 700 years after Daniel and Nebuchadnezzar.

About the Author
Mark’s journey as a student and teacher of the Bible began for him while he was in high school. He has studied at both BIOLA University and the University of San Francisco. He recently retired as a fire chief and lives with his wife of thirty-six-plus years in the same town he was born and raised in. Together, they have four grown sons and one granddaughter. Both he and his wife are active members of their church. Mark teaches Sunday school classes for both young and old, while his wife is the administrative assistant for three of their church’s pastors.
