It was as if I had gone back to the Rogers and Hammerstein’s “Cinderella” musical that I had seen several times as a child. It came on only one time a year and I made very sure, from the first commercial advertisement about when it was showing that in our house we were going to watch it! My brothers just shook their heads and let me. Did you happen to see it by chance? Do you recall the scene where Cinderella entered the ballroom at the top of the stairs? She stands there for just a moment overwhelmed by the beauty, and then as she looks down she sees the handsome prince looking up at her with awe in his eyes. Then the same awe enters into her eyes. There was an instant mutual feeling of love. To them the room became empty of all of the spectators and dancers. To them they are the only two people in the world. This is how I felt. This is the only way that I can explain to you what I was feeling, with one exception, I was the only one in this room.

About the Book
This is a book about self-esteem. We all have it, but sometimes it can be injured in such a way that it will scar a person for life. When someone you totally love and trust takes part of that self-esteem away, especially at an early age, you will more than likely believe it to its full wordage. This is what happened to me. It took more than forty years for it to come to its full fruition. It took a miracle to work a healing on me. It is possible to stop the invisible destruction of a hurt that is so deep, if you will only believe.
About the Author
My husband and I have celebrated forty years of marriage this year. We have two wonderful children, who are married and have two beautiful girls each. I love Jesus with all my heart, and I look for God’s blessings every day in my life. I am positive that there are two things that Jesus wants us to know: He loves us very much, and He has work for each of us to do. I encourage you to be about the ministry of the Lord. He is returning soon, and we need to reach as many souls as we can in the meantime, amen.
The Holy Bible states that “whom HE calls HE qualifies.” If God has instructed you to do something, then it would be in your best interest to do it. There are many people in this world who, at some time or another, have had someone speak a word or words that have bound them emotionally for the rest of their lives. There is a way to overcome this and any other obstacle as long as we go about it the right way.
