About the Author
Author David Nolan is the founder of Vital Tenets, an organizational development firm. He has worked in professional services for twenty years as a director of consulting, a project manager, and a developer of management curriculum. He is a graduate of Suffolk University and Law School and has taught business courses at Northeastern University.
