About the Book
A lonely, orphan girl is living with her cat. Then one day she reunites with a family she used to be friends with in the past. They show her what it's like to feel loved. Blessing the Cat is a story about love, hope, and the importance of family. This book is written mainly for children ages 9-12 but can be enjoyed by their families and other people 9 through adult as well.
About the Author
Natalie Merboth published her first work at twelve years old, a poem called “Fog” for a magazine. Natalie went on to get her bachelor of science degree in Education Studies.
At the age of thirteen, Natalie began to write a book based off of her cat, Dorothy. Ten years later, Natalie decided she wanted to share her story and her passions for children and writing with others.
Natalie resides in Chanhassen. She lives with her parents, her three brothers, and her new pet cat, Eva.
