About the Author
Nadia Hammond was born in Tanzania and grew up there. In Tanzania, she experienced and saw firsthand the struggles many children face, due to poverty, war, and other social or political instabilities. From a very young age, Nadia has always felt a strong desire to do what it takes to help children in need. The author's hope is that this book will create an awareness and a desire in the reader to make a difference in the world with children in need.
