After church one Sunday, when the author was around thirteen, she became engaged in a conversation with Mr. Green, who was one of the deacons. After their talk, he walked over to her father, put his hand on her father’s shoulder, and said, “Jack, you must remember that dynamite comes in small packages.”

Dynamite still comes in small packages, and this book is small, but maybe it might prove dynamite to you.

About the Author

Norma Wilson has been involved in volunteer service since she was nine. She was an employee of the Commonwealth of Kentucky for twenty-six years. She was executive director of the Governor’s Office of Volunteer Services and the Kentucky Office of Volunteer Services. She has been presented fifty-one awards and citations from various organizations.
