About the Book
How to Destroy a Monster That Feeds on Itself gives you a riveting look at the perception of the inner self and its effect on the quality of life. You can become familiar with your true inner self.
You will discover that most people never identify or come into contact with their true selves. In fact, most people will defend a false sense of self (the “ego”) and become so engrained in everyday artificial displays of egotistical generated thoughts and processes that they live miserable empty and unfulfilled lives.
Author Norman Powell explains how to acknowledge, identify, and destroy these self-created monsters that feed on themselves.
About the Author
Norman Powell is the youngest of seven siblings raised in a single-parent household headed by his mother, Glema Powell. He discovered early on that as the youngest child, he had special favor with his mother. He became very manipulative and knew exactly what role to play when it came to having his own way. Little did he know that he was allowing a false image of himself to set the stage for his personal journey through life.
