Looking Beyond This World

Everyday after work, as soon as I reached home, my first priority would be to kneel and pray. On one particular day after riding my bicycle to and from a very hard days work, I was so tired. I threw myself down across the bed and fell fast asleep. I don’t know for how long I was asleep, but there came over me three identical persons, their glory cannot be described. My only description is that they were three amber lights shinning like the sun. It was not possible to differentiate them. All I know is that the one in the middle stretched out his hand and touched me on my belly and shook me three times and said, “Peter! Could you not watch with me one hour?” Immediately I woke out of my sleep, and fell on my knees and began to cry and pray knowing that I have just had the Highest Visitation in this universe coming into my little humble abode. What could a young Christian want more than that, the great God of the universe identifying Himself with sinful man?

What this Revelation had done for me is to confirm the words of Jesus, my Lord and Master, that He, the Holy Spirit and His Father are one. He also said that if one has seen Him they have seen the Father also. He said as well, that He does nothing of Himself, but only those things, which He sees His Father do. So looking at Jesus, it’s only the flesh that the Father, Son and Holy Spirit used to disguise Him. I say Three in One God also known as the Trinity because they are one and the same. You can see all three standing together and say God! He that hath not the Father, hath not the Son also -1John 2:23. For that reason no one should argue with the people who do not believe in the Trinity. It is only that their spiritual eyes have not been illuminated, for at least they have believed in someone who is of the God Head. In my case, who it was that placed His hands on me and shook me and spoke those words was it the Father, the Son, or was He the Holy Spirit? I would never be able to say, all that I can say is that He was God.

Why should we as man think that anything is impossible with God? It is He who has made man

with such vast potential. Why should we think His potential is limited? “I am Alpha and Omega,

the beginning and the end, the first and the last,” says the Lord –Revelations 1:8
