Today was the day! She looked across the room at the metal braces and shoes sitting on the chair by her dresser. Today she and Mommy were going to the doctor again. Today he was going to tell Trissy she didn’t need the braces anymore—she just knew it! The doctor had said she was never going to stop wearing braces. He was going to be surprised! She shivered excitedly as she jumped out of bed and began to put her clothes on. She was thinking ahead to the story she had to tell the doctor, of what God had done just a few days ago.

About the Author
Teresa Pemberton is the President and Co-Founder of Trissy Inc. and SpiritFire Missions Ministries International. Trissy, Inc. is a non-profit, Christ-Centered organization dedicated to ministering to the spiritual and physical needs of children around the world; Special emphasis being given to helping children with special needs develop the God given talents and dreams that lie as hidden treasures within them.
Born with physical challenges herself, and born again at just three years old, Teresa learned early in life to trust in the God who heals, saves and delivers. As shown in this book depicting the first miracle she received at 5 years old, Teresa’s life motto quickly became “What man considers impossible is where God excels”.
Teresa lives with her husband Aaron outside of Portland, Oregon where she enjoys spending time with an extended family which includes her 3 sons, 3 daughters in law and several grandchildren. She and her husband enjoy taking short-term missions trips to countries around the world, sharing the gospel message and the healing power of Jesus.
