About the Book

If you are living a life without Jesus Christ, and you have a hunger for something better, then Freedom maybe just what you are searching for.

Join Urma in this unique three-part presentation of Freedom as it pertains to the soul, the spirit, and the body, which make up an individual human being.

She shows the difference between the freedom to do and freedom not to do what is good. Those are choices an individual soul makes.

Freedom of spirit gives wings to her pen in poetic expressions, revealing the choices she and millions have made and how those choices affected their lifestyles.

Urma has experienced both victory and defeat in her continuing battle with being overweight. In her book, she shares her personal plan to inspire and help others like herself to fight for the liberating freedom of being in control of their physical earthly treasure, their body.
