Loved by God
You are loved by God. God’s love is different from limited and flawed love from people. God’s love is perfect, pure, the only true love. God’s love is so vast it is beyond human comprehension. Only this kind of love can cover an immeasurable amount of sin. Try to wrap your mind around a love that loved you first while you were still in your sin. Love that is kind, trusts, gives grace, gives mercy, forgives and truly forgets, convicts not condemns, seeks and is not sought. Perfect love that casts out fear. There is no love comparable to God’s love, not love that you have or love that you have experienced from others or even been denied from others. God never denies love to those who believe and are in him through Jesus. Jesus is the manifestation, expression and demonstration of God’s love just as you are now the living expression of Christ’s love. God’s love is unique in that God is affectionate toward people. It is not earned only received. God’s love is ever faithful regardless of your doings.
Jeremiah 31:3 (Amplified Bible)
3The Lord appeared from of old to me [Israel], saying, Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with loving-kindness have I drawn you and continued My faithfulness to you.
Declaration: I am loved by God with an everlasting affectionate love that is kind and faithful. I am the manifested expression of Christ’s love.
Prayer: I am grateful for your love that you have placed on me like a banner and placed in me that is ever faithful and transforming me. Help me be this expression to others and the world.
