Corrupted Freedom

Drawing upon a lifetime of experience as a highly successful businessman who is grounded in the powerful Judeo-Christian principles which he holds most dear, the author’s near-death experience moved him to express his concerns for our nation, and explain why YOUR involvement combined with a Christian perspective are necessary for our return to a true republic; under God, with liberty, justice and opportunity for all. He identifies and addresses the major problems we face and suggests a course of action designed to return our country to the “shining city on a hill” that once it was. Our nation is under attack! We have met the enemy and it is US! Like so many other nations in history, whose populations grew inattentive and dependent upon hand outs from deceitful and unprincipled leaders, our nation is on a similar path – the path to oblivion. Because the “watchman in the night” (Ezekiel 33:6) will be held accountable if he does not warn the people of impending danger, the author cries out a warning to all who will hear. He urges all concerned citizens to become aware of the impending dangers and to join with like-minded people to reverse our nation’s misguided course before it is too late. He begins with this warning: “Caution! What you are about to encounter in the following pages may disturb your comfort level and might make you extremely appalled, dismayed and angry. It might be best for you to set this material aside before proceeding because you are about to enter my world, a world in which many lawyers, clergymen, politicians and others in authority are shown to be what they have become – the parasitical, despicable and contemptible creatures of the modern world. You have been forewarned! Proceed at the risk of having the world as you see it unmasked. The leaders we have trusted to be ethical, moral, principled and decent; have conspired to place the yoke of bondage upon the citizens of the greatest nation in the history of the world. If you choose to proceed, I promise you this, your view of things as they currently exist, will never be the same.” During the extraordinary lifetime of the author, our nation has changed dramatically. Some changes have been for the better but many have been appalling. We are rapidly losing our freedoms and the opportunities for success that once existed in America. Young people today have far less opportunity for success than did their parents and grandparents. Continual interference by an all-intrusive government in the lives of citizens and the growing rejection of our being “One nation under God,” has seriously wounded our nation and threatened our very survival. While reviewing the past eighty years of his lifetime, the author became astounded to realize that “We the People” have allowed those in whom we have put our faith and our trust to erode the very foundations of our country. He believes that those in whom we have put our trust have created a system designed to shift the benefits to themselves while placing more burdens on us. Every farm boy knows that you don’t put the fox into the henhouse to guard the chickens but that is precisely what we Americans have done to ourselves! We slept the decades away, hardly noticing the subtle changes - subtle but hideous changes that have reshaped our country very slowly – but very surely! One can almost hear the author shout his warning: “There is still time! But precious little time remains if we have any hope of reversing the wrongs that have been done to us by our leaders.” If you have the courage to view things as they truly are and the will to join with millions of like-minded fellow citizens to resolutely demand a return to a nation with leaders possessing high moral and ethical standards, who put the welfare of their fellow citizens before their own, then read on.
