This book is in honor of all the Groovy Grannies and grandbabies lost or affected by the F5 tornado that hit Joplin, Missouri, May 22, 2011.

About the Author
Sheila Gunlock is a groovy granny to three beautiful grandbabies. She has been writing, directing, and acting for over thirty years, for which she has won many awards. Sheila began writing Groovy Granny as a legacy of character-building books. Sheila is passionate about the lost art of experiencing books.
Shea Dalton is a high school student in the Joplin, Missouri area. She began illustrating the first Groovy Granny book when she was only thirteen. She has won numerous awards for her artistic talent as well as artistic set designs for area theatres. Shea has been drawing since she could hold a pencil. Her love for reading and her vivid imagination have fueled her love for illustrating.
