Time to Reflect features inspirational photographs that have led to deeper thoughts about life and its challenges. With God, we can be encouraged to embrace anything that comes our way, and in doing so maintain a positive attitude and faith.

About the Author

Carla Jackson was born and raised in Zimbabwe, southern Africa, and moved to Canada in 1994. Carla now resides in Wasaga Beach, Ontario, with her wonderful husband of fifteen years and their two amazing young children. Carla has always loved the arts but having worked in administration since college she never really thought it would be possible to pursue any artistic avenues. Carla is learning that the more she trusts God and believes in His favour on her life, the more her dreams prove to be within reach. The beginning of this journey has involved launching her own photography business and sharing her writings with others. After losing both her parents in the last decade and the many trials that followed their deaths, Carla has learnt some valuable lessons about life, faith, forgiveness, and keeping a positive attitude. Some of these personal lessons have been shared in this book. It is Carla’s hope that each of you who has this book in your hands will be encouraged to believe that anything is possible and that there is hope for tomorrow no matter what your circumstances are today. Lastly, that you will have a personal connection with the content in this book and in turn your life will be affected in a positive way.
