We became stronger because of Holy Communion, and it helped dispel fears when Roy kept seeing and talking about his dead relatives. I have heard that very sick people tended to do that, although I was not sure if the medicines they took triggered these memories. I was concerned that if Roy died in Jakarta, it would be a heavy task of bringing his body to United States for burial. I asked the Lord, "Please don't let him die here!"
With all of these in my mind, the driver took me to the Vatican Embassy for an early morning Mass. I was in prayer mode until we got to the porte cochere. I said, "Lord, I will stop praying now, I have to go up and receive Holy Communion." Even before I finished this sentence, I heard the voice of the Lord for the first time. He said, "That is the spirit!" I actually heard His voice!
The Lord had a resonant voice, not booming or bold, not high nor effeminate, but a tender modulated male voice, one I have not heard from any human male before. I kept repeating what He said, "That is the spirit! That is the spirit!", emphasis on That. It was very encouraging, as if He was slapping my back for my determination to surmount my situation. His voice stayed in my mind like a song that won"t go away. In spite of my 24 hour vigil at Roy's bedside, my friends remarked that I looked too glowing and peaceful to indicate that a seismic shift was happening in my life.

Enter the Holy Spirit, Exit Me was the result of quickened words from the Holy Spirit on January 5, 2012, when Ms. Saunders was reading Psalm 96:3, which told her to “Tell His glory among the nations. Among all peoples His wondrous deeds!” As a successful and established writer in Asia, she has not written anything of value for twelve years, ever since her husband died in June 2000. His passing created in her a writer’s block that was excruciatingly painful and fearful. But when she heeded the prompting, the Holy Spirit immediately lifted her writer’s block, inspiring her to write about the supernatural actions and gifts she has been experiencing since 1993 after attending a charismatic seminar and receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit. These gifts included praying tongues, healing hands, prophecies and visions. Be inspired. The supernatural gifts are for everyone. Ms. Saunders tells you how to receive it.
About the Author
Virginia S. Saunders was a journalist in Asia who received from the Holy Spirit in 1993 supernatural gifts of prophecies, healings, visions, and praying tongue. In 2000, she experienced a writer’s block after her husband’s death, until the Holy Spirit lifted this in January 2012, when the quickened words of Psalm 96:3 told her to “Tell the nations of His glory and to all peoples His wondrous deeds.” She lives and writes in Virginia.
