All of us are longing for intimacy. God created us that way. We can look for intimacy in many wrong places. God’s plan was for us to long for intimacy with Him first and then with others. When we don’t fulfill that longing of intimacy in Him we are driven to fulfill it in the wrong ways.
For some people that can be fulfilled in drugs, alcohol, sports, achievements, work, money, sex, even in religious positions. The list is limitless as is our God given desire for intimacy is limitless.
No person, or culture, or country is exempt. We are all created equal and we all have the same longing. Some people, cultures and countries are more open and in touch with that longing than others, but we all have it. It was created and given to us so that we would search for God until we found that longing fulfilled.
So how does OBEDIENCE BRING INTIMACY? Jesus who speaks only what the Father tells Him to says in John 14:15, “If you love Me, obey Me.” When we obey the littlest things God says or asks of us, we are rewarded with His Presence. We say to Him, “We love You.” He says back to us, “I know you do. I love you too. Let me manifest Myself in your life a little bit more to show you.”

What is this key? How and why did I get it, anyway? What is it used for?
My story started long before I became a housewife. Since a very young age, I have seen God at work preparing me for “such a time as this.” Though I didn’t know God until I was twenty-one years old, He knew me from my mother’s womb, and He had a plan for my life. Satan had a plan too, but “greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world.”
I am grateful God came to earth through His Son Jesus Christ to save and call people like me. We are saved by what Jesus did on the cross and not by what we do. Therefore, there is no pressure to perform.
Because God shows no favoritism we are also free from jealousy, envy and strife. The good news is that this is for everyone! We are all free to hear His voice! We are all free to obey!
He gave all of us the keys of the Kingdom when we got saved.
