I began to realize how many similarities there are during the Christmas season with our Christian faith. I often wondered why we teach our children not to lie and yet parents around the world are doing just that to their children during the most spiritual time of the year. I realized that parents don’t have to lie about Santa Claus; he is merely a physical representation of what is and what is to come.

Christmas is a magical time for both the young and old.
For the young, it is a time of great magic and mystery. Adults enjoy seeing the wonder in a child’s eyes, and they cherish the magic and the memories. As we grow older, Christmas becomes more spiritual, with good reason. Now parents can share this spiritual mystery with their children when they are ready to fully understand what Christmas is truly about.

About the Author
DIANE CIRAFESI-KESZCZYK has resided in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, most of her life. She graduated from Upper Merion Area School District, where she has been a teacher for over two decades. She attended West Chester University, where she earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in education. Diane has three children who also currently attend Upper Merion Area School District.
Diane regularly attends her church, Mother of Divine Providence, located in King of Prussia. She has learned a lot about her Christian faith through her church and her parents. Diane hopes to inspire others to be respectful, kind, honest, hard-working, and determined. This is Diane’s first book.
