In the design of a building, the structural engineer will first start with the roof and based on the loadings, the engineer will perform his design from the top down to the foundation. It means that the foundation is the last component designed in a building. The design engineer must know the height of the building and what loads are imposed on the building. He will design for the maximum wind loads and the earthquake forces that may occur where the building is located. He must know what will be the final use of the building to estimate the LIVE loads. The roof beams must support the roof slab which has to be supported by the columns below and on the next floor the same goes until one reaches the ground floor. The ground floor columns must support all the loads above, and the foundation must support these column loads. In the same way when God built you, he had determined the loads you would carry and the maximum wind loads from the storms that will blow in your direction. God knew how much shaking you will face from the situations and circumstances in your life. He knew the LIVE loads that you have to carry as part of your life on Earth. So if we believe that God is an all powerful God then we must believe that he truly created us as well designed beings. God is a wise builder, who designed you to withstand the rain, the floods and the winds, and all those who desire to walk on you.
