"The gifts of God are not ours to possess and do as we please. They are given to us, as we have need of them; to honor God and glorify Christ. Whatever trial you are facing today remember that the Cornerstone of life is Jesus. He stands ready and able to take the shambles of our lives and build us up to overcome." Our lives are very fragile and we have an enemy which wants to do us great harm and steal our joy. Our attention to the leading of the Holy Spirit is not only our defense but our source for strength and wisdom. When we are about our Father’s vision we have all of heaven’s resources at our fingertips. When we are self-absorbed we lose all that. On our own we fail quickly, and others will suffer also. Since the heavens declare His glory by their beauty and the earth reveals His handiwork, then it only remains, that we are to worship Him by choice! It is our understanding of His love and grace that sets us apart from all creation. Scientists have discovered the music of the spheres and everything else in creation makes music in response to how God has created them. Only man can sing with his heart in response to His maker.

About the Author
Pastor Richard B. White, Sr. was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, and retired as a US Navy career officer. He was ordained to ministry while serving in the navy. Upon retiring, he graduated from the University of South Florida, completing his degree in psychology. Afterward, he continued serving in counseling, teaching, and preaching ministries. He was also lead pastor in three separate churches. He dedicated his ministry to discipleship, and is now retired from full-time pastoring, and now serves on the board for the Suncoast Haven of Rest Rescue Mission as well as a spiritual director for Sonbeam Via de Cristo of Florida. Richard is currently living in Florida with his wife Cheryl and his family.
