About the Author

Larry Simons rose from humble beginnings in Texas to become a highly successful and respected salesman in the corporate world. Beloved by family, friends, and colleagues, Larry Simons is known for his eternal optimism, personal integrity, positive attitude and unwavering faith. Larry was also the survivor of four family deaths by suicide, including those of his father, uncle, stepfather, and precious daughter, Cammie. Larry and his wife Debbie live in Austin, Texas.

 

Larry’s co-author, Carmen DiNino Alspach, is a Johns Hopkins University–trained therapist who assisted Larry Simons in his grief recovery. As a licensed professional counselor and licensed chemical dependency counselor specializing in recovery from profound grief, addictions, and trauma, Carmen has shared strategies for transcending agonizing pain and to share this important information with readers. Carmen and her husband Rick live just outside Austin, Texas.
